The ones who know that they are fat and don't care are lazy, perhaps ignorant. Bad.
The ones who are fat and think they are fit are not only lazy and ignorant, but delude themselves as well. Worse.
But there is an even worse group. The deluded ones trying to spread their delusion through their "fat acceptance movement" and related bullshit. They are the absolute worst, the lowest of the low, the ones most deserving of vocal and visible ridicule and disgust.

The ones who think they're fit or just a little chubby. Ugh. They're the ones most likely to make comments about what I'm eating, offer dietary advice or say stupid shit like "I only want to tone up, I don't want to look like Schwarzenegger." Bitch, if you got half as swole as the Oak I'd eat the foam out of a weight bench.

The fatties that try to make others fat, spreading it like a fucking disease. Which is why fat parents are THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Six of one, half a dozen of the other...

The ones living a lie or in denial is worse (especially when they spread their propoganda), but both are terrible.

Neither. The ones that piss me off the most are the ones that think that they're in any way attractive, sexy, cute, etc. I fucking hate that they continue to try to steal the word 'cute'.
It's like, sorry - you don't get to tell people you're cute, etc. You don't get to make that determination for yourself. Other people (liars) can tell you that you are, but something doesn't become true by virtue of you stamping your fatty hooves and saying it is. No fat person has ever been the slightest bit attractive, ever. You rate a -1billion on a scale of 1-10.

I honestly believe that's the current agenda. You've heard of the idiom "If you repeat a lie often enough, people will think it must be true, facts be damned"
Yeah. That's the agenda. Normalise obesity via repetition and unfortunately, it's working.
