Another 'dear fatties' type open letter shitpost.
Congrats on being an 18 year old girl. I hope this post gets you all the attention you were hoping for.

I'm with you 100%. It pisses me off how it's always about extremes with these people. "Skinny bitches spend 6 hours a day at the gym and eat only cucumbers! That's why they are skinny!"
Ughhhhh, hey fattie: It's been over a month since I stepped in to a gym and I still lost weight! And guess what? I ate a cheeseburger today! I just didn't have 6 of them and I went for a walk out in the snow!

I don't get it either. i don't watch what i eat. don't exercise at all. sit in front of my computer all the time. fast food at least once a week. meat and potatoes all the frigging time. I used to be 230lb but i'm 155lb now. All just from eating the right portions and cutting down on sugar. that's literally it.

How tall are you? Im 6'2 and recently weighed 220 and after about 2 months of less and better eating and now weigh 190. Just trying to get a gauge of what a healthy weight is for your height compared to mine.

They're so dumb. You can eat like shit and be thin, they're not mutually exclusive. I've been on a frozen pizza and chocolate diet getting my BMI down. Sure, I should eat more vegetables but at least I'm not a fucking butter golem. Constant vigilence. It's too easy to think you didn't eat much and be way over.

I totally get where you're coming from. Now for me, I have actually cut back on a lot and as a result I think my preferences for food have changed since it's been so long since I cut a lot of crap out of my diet. But from time to time a little chocolate never hurts, especially delicious dark chocolate. But yeah, for the most part I'm not on an extreme diet although I do check my calories and go pretty strictly by serving size. I do also go to the gym, but at this point it's less about a sense of obligation and more related to the fact that I just like to exercise.
It's a pretty shitty generalization, I agree with you. You don't have to be vegan and a gym rat/bunny to be skinny..

You sound like me. One time I ate like 9 oreos and I felt awful and someone said "9 oreos? that's 'eating badly' for you? haha"
but I bike a lot because it's basically the only thing I enjoy these days, law school has taken everything else that I love.

Being thin is better than being fat, but you can still be unhealthy and die early when you are thin and don't take care of yourself. I know many thin people who have died early.
