I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're just ignorant. King David only applies to Judaism.
I posted about Abrahamic religions and this includes judaism
Jesus Christ is the example to other men according to Christianity, and Muhammad the Prophet according to Islam.
Yes the one was a messianic figure teaching that sacrificing yourself to a cruel , megalomaniac sociopath was the only way to salvation ; the other was about uniting the tribes and force convert everyone else to their own version of megalomaniac sociopath .
Before Christ only the Jews were favored and God's chosen, but with Christ the Jews lost their special privileges, all believers were made equal, and the Hebraic law and tradition was nullified and declared not to apply to Gentile believers.
Very convenient but again this is low quality material obviously written by desert nomad savages .
Regarding later rulers, kings can be tyrants despite being Christian, but unlike Muhammad they do not have the authority to set a precedent for other men
This is an interesting topic for discussion as indeed the tradition of the god-king faded and replaced by the god appointed king yet in reality everyone behaved as the hand of god on earth (read about Clovis is you don't believe it) which was no different from what the Pharaohs did.

Neither figure in your quote is recognized by Judaism, which admittedly is rather cruel.
I already likened Christianity to a disease, only a less serious one than Islam.
