The stark reality is that unless something dramatic and unconventional is done, Trump will be the Republican nominee and Hillary Clinton will become president.

Hey, here's a thought...field someone better.Seriously... realize that your party betrayed its constituents by fellating the current administration with back room agreemets, pissed off the swing voters and has no clue how to adapt to today's climate.

Find someone that will out-perform Trump and that can beat Hillary. We'll be waiting.

Their only chance is to give Rand the reins.

Another choice would be getting used to having a president who is a democrat.

That's such bullshit. All the polls I've seen have a Trump/Hillary race being very close. And once Trump gets the nomination and all the Republican party members realize he's their only choice, that should set the odds solidly in his favor.

The ironic reality of this is that Trump would crush Hillary in the general election. Fucking Terry Shiavo would crush Hillary in the general election. Americans HATE Hillary with a passion. I couldn't tell you how many democrats, socialist, communists, and other left-wingers I've met who've told me they go out of their way to vote for Trump if Hillary won the nomination. And it's not because they like Trump, believe me.

@WSJ reports that @GOP getting ready to treat me unfairly

Aww poor thing. He's such a crybaby all the time. What's the name for these spoiled kids who like to throw punches around but go crying to their moms when someone so much as calls them out?

i lean pretty far left and i will be voting for trump over clinton, also a lot of my friends are the same way, and i have talked them into the same stance. we all are in agreement that hillary is a republican running for the democratic election, and that it would be better to vote for an honest republican than a dishonest one.

I'm hoping Trump runs as an independent and wins, teaching both the Republicans and Democrats a lesson they won;t forget.

Who is actually voting for Clinton? Who? Who are these voters? I know people who said they'd vote for Trump. I know people who said they'd vote for Panders. I know people who are gonna vote for Cruz. I have yet to meet someone on the record who will cast a vote for Clinton. If one of the cucks in this thread is voting for her please let yourself be known so I finally can say I have interacted with a person voting for Hillary Clinton.

Someone has surely came to him by now to tell a story of how certain interests are expected to be respected and remind him that politics is a gentlemans game. If he should step out too far on a limb it may break.

"politics is a gentlemans game"

Not sure what politicians you watch, but none that I have seen deserve much respect. PC bullshit is the biggest subversive technique used over the last 50 years to bring about the downfall of the country.

Dude when a gentleman plays politics he doesn't say 'I'm gonna kill you' or lay stipulations. In the realm in question, only sufficient of enough of a hint is said for the most liable actions. That's the difference between a gentleman and a thug: finesse

He said at the time he was given the “assurance that I would be treated fairly” by RNC chairman Reince Priebus in return for signing the pledge.

Yeah, just ask Ron Paul how "fair" Priebus is.

I predicted Trump would still run as a 3rd Party candidate if he didn't win the GOP primary. That thinly veiled COP agreement was specifically created for him. Who cares if Jindal, Christie, Jeb or anyone else signed it when Trump had double digit leads? The GOP were just going to wait it out until Trump faded away. Even at the time he signed it, the GOP were rumored to begin a advertising campaign against him. I figured Trump had to be smart enough to know it was a trap, but he realized like me that if the GOP started to gang up on him, he would come out a hero to voters if he reneged on the signed agreement. The entire GOPbase is rallying the "Fuck The Establishment" theme. Hell, even the Dem base. I'm beginning to think Trump can take down that cunt Hillary.

Me too. :) I think he's dangerous, but this country needs a shakeup. I can't say a Trump Presidency will be better, but it certainly will be different. I think I may vote for him over Hillary just to get that message across.
