The market and its invisible hand aren't moral agents, they are the collective actions of humanity. If thieves, murderers, and rapists were allowed to run as free as LLCs we would stop them, why aren't corporations treated like people?

It's the same way when trying to buy enterprise software. Never want to give any base pricing at the start. Usually because they have complex licensing schemes that don't make it easy to know what you actually need. Need licensing experts to be able to figure some of that junk out.

But buying a cupcake is not something that is inflicted upon you without notice. It is your choice to purchase a cupcake. Medical emergencies and medical conditions are not something that people just choose to get.

Didn't that video just describe haggling? That happens all the time in real life. I'm more confused than anything after watching that video.
