At first I wanted to say no, but then I read your suggestion. That I would not mind. Whenever I see the same link posted to lots of different subs in a row I just scroll past or turn Voat off for a few hours until the spam has subsided. The problem needs to be solved one of two ways; a grouping system like this (which would still need to be limited) or stopping people from submitting the same link to more than one sub within a set amount of time.

Perhaps if you click on the "# comments," it'll drop down the option to choose which subverse you want in order to see the comments in their respective subverse. Looking at this comment, I'm sure there's a more concise way of putting it. I'm no editor. :P

I had a similar idea as well. Nothing came of it. I'd like to see something of that nature as well. Make it easier to post to multiple subverses.

cannot upvoat this enough. Aggregation based on title/link is not that hard. Might be expensive on DB side, but you do it only once.

Rather than each topic having a field for what subverse it belongs to, you just need a cross-reference table. All that needs to be is two guids. It's super simple and not particularly expensive.
