He leaked secrets, the Russian just made the secrets. Russia is more so the partner in crime while Snowden is the police officer taking away the stolen goods.

Not sure but we should certainly oppose that and oppose private prisons themselves. We jail people for crimes and We the People must then accept the cost of that decision and accept the responsibility to cover those costs all on our own. This is a check on the decision to take away people's liberties = CO$T.

Many things are not appropriate for privatization which is often just an excuse to privatize public tax dollars/functions in the most horribly inefficient and substandard manner.
