I sucked at rock climbing but damn even I could do that. That's literally the easiest route I've ever seen, and they had kids routes at my old gym. Even the wall is contoured for your use ffs

Fatty thinks he's strong but has about the same upper body strength than a 2yo.
A few weeks back I was at some party at a friend's. He has a pullup bar installed in his living room so at some point the evening turns into a pull-up contest. Most get 2-6 done (including the ones not into fitness/sports), the 60kg guy with a gymnast's body humbly stops after 10-15 even if he was good for way more, pregnant ladies get a free pass because well they're busy doing something else with their body and there is that one fat guy who finally ends up trying after being pushed to by the rest of the group but he couldn't even lift himself 1cm in the air because if you have the arms to pull 100kg in the air you probably won't be a fatass weighing 100kg in the first place.

i love the pull up test it's a great measure of strength : weight ratio. Most I've ever done in one set is 20 (5'11" 175)

I climb up steep hills and scale lattice brick walls as part of my fitness routine and that wall would have taken me less than a minute to complete. It's so funny to watch them fail though. I wonder what he blamed it on?

Fats can try to fake running a marathon, or hiking, or yoga or whatever bull shit. You can't fake rock climbing because it is one of the MOST physically demanding sports. Every ounce of non functioning weight is detrimental. It's literally not possible to climb with any degree of proficiency if you're fat.
10/10 Would recommend rock climbing to all shit lord and shit ladies.

Rock climbing is awesome, long routes are a great balance of strength and endurance. And it is a strictly no fats allowed activity.

Rock climbing can be physically demanding. This right here was designed to be climbable. Rock walls like this are really just glorified ladders.

Theres are a lot oft fat people in my rock climbing gym! There is one fat women who climbs 7s in the roof unbelieveable the Rest oft them only climb 4 mximum 5s
