I'm interested in the effect this has. I think stylists, right after doctors, would be the first set of people that would 'examine' a persons body just due to the nature of their job. I do like that it's just mandating a class and not holding them liable. I wonder how many cases will come to light due to this and I'll wait for results before passing judgment.

On the one hand, no penalty for ignoring this, other than yet another hurdle to jump over to become a stylist. But if you live in Chicago, I have to assume you're used to government pointlessness.
On the other hand, "I didn't get a good tip, so I'm reporting an abuser" just became legal.
