We have a box of cookies at work that is always getting refilled. I don't think I've ever had any.
I have a tupperware tub in my desk drawer with assorted nuts and seeds for my snacking though. I get them from the baking aisle at the grocery store since they are unsalted and cheaper than the nuts packaged for snacking.

Nice. I love people who think processed granola bars are healthy. 90% of them are wheat, rice and sugar. It's basically a dry crunchy cookie disguised as a health food.

Also, what about unsalted nuts? When I stalk almonds, raw almonds are our biggest seller. They get two facings on the shelf, all the other Blue Diamond varieties get one.

You stalk almonds? Is that a vegetarian bloodsport?

Lots of nuts don't actually have much sodium. Most of those nuts are just salted. Find some unsalted ones, and they should have a reasonable amount.
Also, candy fruit made with real fruit juice... Yeah, umm, no that's still not healthy. And even bothering with gluten for something like that is pointless.
