We have a box of cookies at work that is always getting refilled. I don't think I've ever had any.
I have a tupperware tub in my desk drawer with assorted nuts and seeds for my snacking though. I get them from the baking aisle at the grocery store since they are unsalted and cheaper than the nuts packaged for snacking.

Plus granola is pure shit. I picked up a 'heathy organic start your day right uberfoodz" granola cereal and frosted flakes. Guess which one had more sugar per 1/2c serving? Yep, it was the granola. Just more deluded fats.

I like how when I was in IT it was a shitlord building. All the snacks were 100 calories or less. Pop chips, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, nuts etc. And the cafeteria was vegan except one lean meat option and one soup.
However vegan lasagna is disgusting.

The "free from" aisle in the supermarkets in the UK now just seems to mean gluten-free. The dairy-free shelf space is being shrunk in favour of gluten-free biscuits, cakes, breakfast cereals and other completely unnecessary and nutritionally void stuff. Personally I buy gluten by the kilo and add it to stuff. But I can only buy it online, my health food store used to stock it but it has gone recently. I bet they had loads of people go up to them and say, "how can you stock this in a health food store? It's poison, you know ...".
