Discarding old clothes every few months... That should be a sign.

Immediately wondering if your preggers instead of just fat is another...

I couldn't make it to the end of this drivel. I'm going to run for POTUS in 2020. Elect me and I'll make a legal Purge day to rid the USA of as many obeasts as possible. Kids under 18 are off limits, though. Since we've also got to confirm with the govt. we've got health care, I may as well add an annual mandated physical. Similar to a 1099, the results will go on your tax return. Any fatties that survive the yearly Purge will have an additional tax penalty based on body fat percentage (amount to be determined).

Speaking of tax forms, I'd like an option to vote (on the form itself) how I want my tax dollars distributed. It doesn't need to be binding; I just want to see how people want to allocate the tax revenue if given the choice. It would be a great feedback tool to show politicians what we really care about.

It would be nice if they just included a pie chart showing where money is currently being spent. Very few people look for this information, even though it's easy to find and so important.

This (and the pregnancy one) is the one that really got me. You should always, always take your clothes fitting tighter, or not fitting at all in this beasts case, as a sign to stop shoveling fat in your gaping maw and do some fucking exercise.

And how expensive is that? Seriously, if you maintain the same, healthy weight your entire adult life you won't have to spend all your disposable income replacing clothes as you gain weight and then replace them again when your obesity means you wear your clothes out ten times as fast. It's interesting that all the fatties obsess over the cost of salad versus a hamburger but never seem to realize all the ways that being fat robs them, from lower wages, to higher health care costs, to constantly replacing clothes and car suspensions. etc.

Number 4: Be nice to your body. If only mental gymnastics burned calories..

So it was a guy right? Because of the thick stomach and thigh hair? Or was it a girl because they thought they were pregnant? The gender of op kept changing in the drawings even fats can't figure out their genders

What confuse me is it says it's scared of being pregnant, but draws itself with massive body hair and sometimes a goatee

I dealt with my inner fat phobia by losing over 100 pounds. Check mate, tubby.

OK fellow shitlords/ladies I need some help. I've heard of this internalized fat phobia a lot, I've even read supposed definitions of it and I still can't figure out what the fuck that even means. So anyone mind helping a brother out by providing an explanation?

ELI5 Version :

"Enlightened" fat fucks telling "freshly aware" fat fucks to disregard their natural human instincts that fat is gross. The "enlightened" crowd then brainwashes the "freshly aware" crowd with lies about how wonderful they are, how beautiful they are, and often something nasty about patriarchy and beauty standards.

Weird... when I didn't like the way my body looked I just... changed my body until I liked it better. That honestly seems like a lot less effort than these mental gymnastics.

This is so frustrating. I don't understand this mindset that the fat gain is inevitable and the solution to feeling bad about that is to alter one's perception. It's the opposite of logic. All these articles talk about hating parts of their body, but getting over that. That is not how a rational person deals with such a problem. When I dislike a part of me, I make an effort to change it. They know fat looks terrible, they know. The denial is unbelievable.

Will I someday also be fat enough to encounter fatphobia coming from others as well as from myself? Probably. But I'm alright with that.

WHAT THE FUCK? Just give up on life why don't you. Just fuck it. Getting fat is apparently fucking inevitable.

...there's still going to be some days that I'll look down at my super cute squishy tum and want to hide it

First off, you should. You should want to hide it. Second, what are you fucking five? SUPER CUTE SQUISHY TUM. OMG STOP.
