IIRC I just fortified the DPRK/PRC border, so I might have like 15k troops just on the dandong border. If not, I do have an air base in dandong. So perhaps 2500 troops just from there? And other than that I can send the police force and military who are always lining the streets which could give me something like 20,000 people.
