Both players roll D10 then the modifier is added. If loser rolls a 8+ its a bloody battle and other party loses 1/2 what the loser lost.

It's a small air base, so perhaps 10 aircraft, 50 tanks and 10k vehicles? I'm just trying to estimate what a police force would have. 50 tanks seems justified to me since they're used for riot control

[M] Okay first of all fuck you

IIRC I just fortified the DPRK/PRC border, so I might have like 15k troops just on the dandong border. If not, I do have an air base in dandong. So perhaps 2500 troops just from there? And other than that I can send the police force and military who are always lining the streets which could give me something like 20,000 people.
