The XXL should be the first clue...

I'm 3 inches taller and at my fattest (well into an overweight bmi) I had that waist size, and mind you, my waist was small in comparison to the rest of me at that time, so it's actually worse than it sounds.

So she has to have an obese bmi at those measurements. 'Athletic,' lol.
