I'm only half-catholic but the last I heard yes they do. Marriage is itself a 'sacrament'. As well the couple is said to hold a kind of parental position anyways. And it would not be unusual they 'parent' nieces, nephews, adopted orphans etc.

Anyways, as far as I know. Doesn't come up much though because as a pretty strict rule people don't usually find out they are infertile (unable to conceive) until later right.

the answer can be no in some odd cases there are canonists on v/catholicism and r/catholicism that could probably help answer you question better
