Hillary Clinton's opposition to the TPP is the same as her opposition to the Iraq War. She was all for both of them until it became politically expedient not to be.
Yes, but words are cheap. I'd rather pick the guy that consistently didn't want to put the egg beater in my ass than the guy that rooted the attacker on until I said I didn't like it loudly enough for them to pay attention.
Ideally, people vote for politicians who represent their views. If the politicians change their views to whatever is most popular, they are probably disingenuous about their views.

Yes, but they are supposed to do so from the beginning, not when it becomes politically advantageous.
Almost no politician does this however.
