Australian (Melbourne) here, I'm lucky enough to live in a high shitlord area, but, as much as I hate to say it, the further into the outer suburbs you go, the bigger people get... Or, weirdly enough, if you go to the super hipster areas like brunswick there's a really weird mix of super skinny and super fat people... no swole or in between people, either overweight or underweight/very thin, its odd.
American woman living and working in Central Asia. There are very few fat people here, it's wonderful. The lifestyle revolves around green tea, minimal snacking, and walking everywhere. I walk about 5 miles a day to and from work and running errands, and then work out on top of that, like many young people here!

I live in Utah, in the USA. The most common around here is small fats. If you go to the richer suburbs, usually the high class, not mormon(lds), and minimal kids everyone in those locations are fit and functional. BUT the minute you leave those you are surrounded by small fats.
The Ham-Void does not seem to have ripped through here entirely. There are a few whales who have managed to make it to the desert with their desserts. But for the most part it is a global spread of smallfats.

From Colorado, USA. The least obese state in the US [for now]. We have a lot of athletes, the numerous outdoor activities draw hikers/skiers/athletic types from all over, so in general people are fit. But in travel to other parts of the US I've seen some of these deathfats mentioned here. I'm slightly above average [attractiveness-wise], so here in Colorado I get a bit of attention, but nothing like when I travel to the Midwest or the South. I'm a knockout in those places just compared to how heavy everyone else is and it feels very weird to receive that level of attention.

Guatemala here. I live in a very developing impoverished area so everyone is small, height and weight (lack of nutrition). Walking is pretty much the only means of transportation and everyone and their dog plays soccer. I love it. But in the capital Guate City, everyone is huge. It's like being back in the south end of the US.

Colorado here. We're supposedly the fittest state. But still rocking a >60% overweight if not obese. It's pathetic.
