I have cellulite on my outer thighs and stretch marks. Both of these are so common that it is unusual to find a post-pubescent woman who doesn't have either.

Cellulite won't magically go away with diet, exercise and weight loss. It does get less noticeable, though.

Even if she's not overweight, toning up her legs and butt will help as well. But even supermodels can have a little cellulite.

I got rid of it by losing weight.

I got both stretch marks (from my early teens, yay) and cellulite. The less body fat I have, the better it looks, but it'll never really go away.

I've had cellulite since I was a teen, but it's not very visible as I have been slim my whole life. I am sure if I did squats it would be even less visible.

Yeah, shit happens. I have stretch marks on my upper arms and thighs from growing, too. Got them in 4th grade.

They're not the bright red shit you see on hamsupernovas though. They're very pale and make my skin look kind of iridescent in a way.

While exercise and fitness does help, cellulite can still be present. It's just how the female body works. Grip your thigh or butt and squeeze, you will more likely than not see some cellulite.
