...because if they are found out to have said the word nigger when a nigger pointed a gun at them two decades ago, or in the privacy of their own bedroom one decade ago, they lose their job so their employer won't face a 'hostile workplace' lawsuit under the Civil Rights Act, they will have been fired for cause so they don't get unemployment, they become unemployable, and they can't sign up for food stamps or social security either.
But, the US government doesn't have laws against political speech.
Oh, and talking about what's in the Civil Rights Act is probably evidence of a bad attitude.

Honestly not even sure if I would get fired, but probably. My boss has said nigger around me a few times when we were alone but if it got out there's blacks that work there and it probably wouldn't go over well.
