This sounds like many other large corporations.
Some of the complaints are similar to things said about Amazon, but I'm kinda surprised. Google is actually pretty well rated on Glassdoor (4.4/5), whereas Amazon, not as much (3.4/5).

I was with them up until "Employee Diversity".

They actually meant it more in the sense of personality, rather than gender and race. Basically everyone is the same.
