I stopped reading at "There is no known cure." (second sentence). I guess whoever wrote this never heard of eating less and exercising more.

This was either written by a lard-tard or the most cynical, money-grubbin' person trying to sell shit to lard-tards out there. That's another big part of the problem. Some unscrupulous humans engage in fat logic to make a buck off of the big 'uns 'cause they're desperate and gullible. This perpetuates the tubbo-shit mythos. Come to think of it, the entire diet industry is culpable. Imagine the cynicism it takes to market and sell a diet Little Debbie product. You're specifically targeting the demographic of delusional hams. You gotta be either oblivious or a fully realized, master-class, 7th degree shitlord for that.

The question is - What causes "severe" obesity? We know what causes obesity, but what causes someone to go from regular to severe and why do some stay at regular and don't turn into severe?
It's horrible that instead on focusing on getting rid of all obesity, they are wasting time and effort on severe obesity. If we can stop obesity, we will end up stopping severe obesity.

Translation: Nobody knows why people would do this to themselves, they just do.

Since when did peoples opinions become facts now?

Since we forgot to cite sources, apparently.
