It looks like a pretty good phone. I was considering it as an upgrade to my HTC m8 but just wonder why they went with a slower snapdragon 808. I could care less about the selfie cam though or any camera on a phone in general (have a dslr for that) and the 2nd screen just screams useless novelty to me but I guess we'll see.

Second screen reminds me of the Edge on Samsung's phones. If I like the rest of the phone I'll accept it as a plus but it isn't a deciding factor. And it can't replace smartwatches as the purpose of the watch is something unobtrusive that notifies you as opposed to holding your phone up to your face. Most people have a large number of their texts that they either do not need to respond to or they can respond in simple yes/no fashion. My watch lets me do that much more quickly than I could even get my phone out of my pocket.

808 is fine in most situations, I think they might have chosen it because of the stigma of the 810 as the "overheating chip", which was true for the first generation of 810s. Qualcomm has said that they've fixed the issue but bad press is hard to get rid of.
