This just proves that the US now operates on the "guilty until proven innocent" principle. It's going to be quite the bumpy ride until people figure out that data is something you have to keep tabs on.

it starts small, the health surveillance is going to be a nightmare. its like humans are already slave to the wearable robots. it's also not about how somebody is wrong, its about how evidence can be planted, since the privacy is not defined in favor of the citizens. worse still, with the wearables being connected AND in the hands of spooks, there's no respite for anyone. its not in the control of the average citizens. we have arrived at a perfect police state

When I read stuff like this I'm so glad I'll be dead by the end of the century.
I used to think it would be nice to see the future, but now I wouldn't want to be frozen even if the technology was there.
