Anyone who believe the Pope isn't just a Public Relations Officer for the College of Cardinals may as well believe that Ronald McDonald is the CEO of McDonalds.
Yes, Bergoglio was contracted in an attempt to mop-up the semen-stained-nightmare that Ratzinger left behind when he fled.
Bergoglio's bus trip (with his personal journalists and personal press photographers) and his feet-kissing sessions and his "retarded children in the pope-mobile" and his "all puppies go to heaven" bullshit were staged.
Bergoglio is a PR contractor that was employed by the College of Cardinals to clean-up the child-rape-scandal that the last monster (Ratzinger) left behind. He was likely hired based on how wide he can smile and how few children he has raped.

Jorge Bergoglio (a.k.a Pope Francis) is nothing more than an old man who claims to have magical super powers and claims to know that the universe was created by magic and that talking donkeys are real (Numbers 22:28) and that raging bigotry against woman and homosexuals is justified.
Sure, the Pope's "authority" is respected in Africa, but perhaps the civilized world should make decisions based on rational and informed reason rather than the raging bigotry of a man who believes in talking donkeys (Num 22:28) and Christian bird blood magical potions (Lev 14)?

Cool old testament references, bro. The Catholic church has already accepted evolution. Also, Catholics don't believe in biblical literal-ism, which is what you are referring to. That is a relatively new phenomenon that sprung up with the protestant movements in America. And all the other christians think they are crazy.
Also, it is well know that the Catholic church has been against same sex marriage, so this isn't a surprise. But from a secular sense, Kim Davis is a practitioner of civil disobedience, which is an important tool for protesters (see civil rights movement). I might disagree with her message or purpose, but her method should not be criticized. Picking and choosing who can protest, how they can protest, and for what is a slippery slope I'd rather not go down.

I agree with your main point that she has the right to protest but we also have the right to criticize her and the belief that she cites is the reason for her protest. The westboro baptist church also has the right to protest and also are a bunch of bigoted jackasses.
I think citing old testament references to make their beliefs sound ridiculous is a legitimate move if they are using the old testament references to justify their bigotry.
