So what's the deal with sodium? Some say its bad, some say its nothing to be concerned about. I try to stay away from as much as I can, but shit, its in everything to excess.

Fats don't know moderation that's the problem.

Too much salt raises your blood pressure and overworks your kidneys. Neither of these things are good to be doing to yourself on a regular basis.

This sort of stuff is why I can't bring myself to eat fast food anymore. I consider the idea and all I can think about is that awful, heavy feeling of the food hitting my stomach like a pallet of bricks. The calorie density is beyond reason, the sugar rush is genuinely uncomfortable, it slows me down for hours, and the general complete lack of nutritional density makes me think the box it comes in would be better. The fact that people can eat it regularly and become accustomed to it is baffling to me.

The occasional crap food meal wont kill you or make you go obeast but you have to recognize fast junk food for the crap that it is, same with all sorts of fatty foods or sugar filled 'treats'. With moderation and self control you can eat a bit of anything you want but if your 'genetics' take control of your arm and force it to shove endless crap in your mouth then it's not the fault of the company that makes the crap.

And trans-fat, 51 days to process? how can anything stay in your body that long unless you're setting a constipation record? Surely that means it passes through undigested?

I'm skeptical of the facts. It does not take 24 to 72 hours for my body to digest food. More like 8. If it takes you 72 hours to pass food, I think you might be in some trouble. HFCS hasn't been proven addictive, by any study I've read, not using the definition used on nicotine or cocaine or heroin. I think it is a little more complex than saying a big mac releases dopamine, in fact, the PROCESS of eating could be argued as the factor in the release of dopamine, in many cases. Don't get me wrong, I kinda agree with what is on the image, but a shitlord's best weapon is truth and fact and logic. This slants towards propaganda.

The one thing you should take away from this is that a big mac is not healthy for you. Chew on that for a while. Or don't.

I see. The way I see it is that Big Macs are drugs. What are the hammies going to do? Blame McDonalds for their obesity and say that they're addicted to their shit?

Big Macs are drugs

No, that's insulting to the former druggies that have overcome their addictions.

Maybe the shit is addictive, and they are hiding it from people, to keep them buying shit food. I guess you never know.
