I really enjoy "The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead". It's a silly song set to a cool beat.

You're asking a question, so you're good.

Everything you posted there speaks so to me on so many levels, if you understand what I mean?
Apart from the Skrillex, I have a silly childlike hatred for him which makes me unable to listen to his music. It even annoys me I dislike him that much, I just can't seem to get over it, lol.

No worries, I nearly feel the same way. In my case it's because I know what Dubstep actually is (not robot sex).

Personally I like country, but not the new crap. The good 'ol classics soothe this beast's soul.

Welcome to voat!
For me personally, I get pumped up by the Jetpack Soundtrack album by Lionize (I'm on mobile so I'll post a link when I can).

Thanks, glad to be here and cheers for the recommendation.
Any particular songs you like best from the album?
I really like the sound of it so far, though right now perhaps I need something a little more tempo!

The title track is great, or Breather. Faster tempo? I've always been a huge rockabilly fan, so maybe something from the Stray Cats, reverend Horton Heat, or If you enjoy more punk with that, try the cramps or horrorpop
