Honestly thought this already happens. If you use a feature like this and don't honestly think that Facebook will be tracking that data that's ridiculous.

So, I don't want to install facebook on my phone, So i use chrome for facebook when i want to check it. So with facebook logged in on my browser, It's probably tracking my browsing habits on mobile via cookies.

How can i disable just facebook from being able to track me and use cookies on Android Chrome? I don't want to block anything else.

On a nexus 4 rooted.

They've been doing this for a long time now. There was some uproar a while back about people having their porn habits tracked via Facebook because of a feature like this (if not the same feature).

Notepad will now track your keystrokes and start collecting anonymous meta data that will be distributed to multiple sources - source list, still unknown.

Media Player will now enable use of your mic to pick up keywords and phrases, along with logging your semi-anonymous user-meta-data, for ad-based tracking algorithms.

Toilet paper now tracking your diet, will send all collected, user-tagged and geocached meta-third-party-algorithm-collected-beta-hardware-key user management system peta-analysis, pre-rendition post-production collection agency meta-data to GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF.
