I never embed social media features into my webpages. All those iframes and javascript libraries ruin everything, especially on mobile. Gotta build that shit from scratch. Social media APIs are the bane of my existence.

Everybody already knows this happens. It's what the like button is for. I just use ad block. You can target ads for me all you want.

Anytime you see that "Like this on Facebook" or their thumbs up button on any website your browsing data is being sent back to Facebook.

I recommend privacy badger or noscript to kill their button for good.

Already did, just doesn't work on mobile. I blocked Facebook at my router level though.
