I'm fucking sick of fatties always claiming that various healthy things "aren't for them". Like that post where a fat bitch decided to follow a low calorie diet sent by a shitlord just to show that "dieting doesn't work on her". She quit after three days claiming "I've decided this diet is not for me".

Now, I have to admit that when I started running a couple years ago, it would have been so easy to claim that "I'm just not meant to be a runner, that's why I'm so slow and get out of breath after just half a mile" of light jogging. In fact, back then my brain was still inundated with fatlogic from Tumblob, and I probably did make that excuse multiple times. But it takes just a little dedication, people. Just a little bit of "you know what? I'm gonna go running this morning because it's actually not that bad". And it wasn't. So many times it's just your mind trying to make you lazy and take the easy way out.

If a simple lower-calorie weight loss diet is "not for you", then what fucking is? Diabetes and death? Yeah, sounds about right. "Yep, my stomach has been stretched thin, so I've decided that diabetes, heart disease, and dying young are a perfect fit for me. Because of that, I'm going to eat all the pizza I can for the next n years."

You have been brain washed have a nice healthy surving of mcbeetus to restore your surgars so your brain can think right again. We all know running is bad for the knees not an extra 400 lb

While it DOES take dedication, I think you have to enjoy it too. I don't really enjoy running, but I LOVE biking and rowing, so I do those instead.

Fats have a different attitude about it though. They're like, "I hate running, so that means I hate all cardio." They give up too quickly, that's why they're fat.

While running is still not my favorite exercise (swimming), it takes far less prep time before and afterwards, for me at least. So it's easier to get done every morning before classes start.
