I'm aware, but much like jury nullification, steps could be taken that are technically allowed in order to help setup a framework where there are two heads of state which act as counterbalances and ambassadors for their parties. Without having any way to counterbalance ideas, we are left in the swing of society's pendulum, constantly switching back in forth between extremely liberal and extremely conservative, slowing progress. This is all assuming that Bernie Sanders is genuine in his positions and not secretly a fascist biding his time..

"fascist biding his time" - good one...

the concept is intriguing - "Co-presidents" - I think that the purpose of the Cabinet as specialist advisors depends on the leadership of whoever holds office - how well their ego can be put aside to listen to differing opinions (I really think that GW and Dick Vader made an effort to silence dissenting opinions in order to pursue their agenda.)
