I remember reading an article by a girl who was a competitive eater- she was tiny! She used to train by ingesting heaps of water to stretch her stomach...

The only way I could even conceive eating that amount of food is post-workout and being super high. Even then, there's a good chance I couldn't do it.

Give me an hour and I can eat that no problem. Give me another hour and I'll burn it off too.

That hamburger looks like something I wouldn't feed to a starving stray dog. That yellow thing doesn't look like cheese, it looks like foam insulation for a house. Also the green thing on the top looks like green plastic tarp instead of what I assume is some form of lettuce.

That much of food in one setting just makes me nauseous. Food should be cherished, not wolfed down like some wild animal would do.

Also wild animals only tend to wolf down food if they have gone for days without anything or are concerned another animals may come to challenge them for the food, even animals only eat fast for a genuine reason! Ever seen a pride of lions eat a kill? They tend to take their time with it because there's little threat to a fully established pride.

Sickening. Gave me a disgusting feeling in my stomach. So gross, and what a huge waste of meat, I hate such food waste but such waste of meat even more.

Admittedly, I've watched Man vs. Food (where a fat guy runs around doing eating challenges like that) for motivation to avoid junk food or hit the gym occasionally. Seeing a fat guy get greasy and shove food into his mouth to the point of nausea? Noooo thank you.

I really hate Man vs Food. It's just so over the top and wasteful, especially when there are people in the world (even in the US) who struggle to get enough to eat, yet people cheer on the sheer greed in that show! I'm not one who complains if someone doesn't eat everything on their plate when eating a normal sized meal with the whole "kids in Africa are starving" line but there is a limit and Man vs Food always crosses it!
