Meh. I'm in decent shape, but I sweat like a motherfucker, so I always bring water (yes, I would totally bring a water bottle on a 2 mile trail, or alternately, I might go through a liter of water on the first two miles of a 10 mile trail, but it tends to taper down, the farther I go). Hail HYDRATE!

When I started seriously working out and running when I was in junior high I always had a water bottle. Water is like a security blanket.

I carry my water bottle everywhere as well, except for when I run, I don't take shit with me then.

Nothing wrong with water tho. I love it.

I carry a backpack full of water when I go out hiking, mostly only because I love water. Also, it's Florida, and... enough said. It's hot here. But it's mostly because I'm an aquaholic who loves the taste of clean water.

I'm lame and like to have water with me 24/7 regardless of I'm sitting on my ass or exercising. I hate being thirsty. I like to tell myself the reason I have stopped jogging in forests is because I hate having to lug water around with me, but it's actually because of too many skinwalker stories on r/ no sleep.

I always have water on me. I get thirsty fast. I also live in the southern US. Water is pretty much vital during exercise in the summer months
