The company I work for used VXworks in our devices (copiers and printers) up till a couple of years ago. There are still lots of those devices out there. I never messed with them but I wonder if port 111 is open on those devices. I'll have to try on Monday.

I dunno, fuzzing, integer overflow, port 111. Sounds like enough info to figure out the exploit yourself if you ask me. I wonder how many home routers this will affect. I remember a lot of Linksys used VxWorks as the OS in lower tier models due to its small footprint, wouldn't be surprised if this was common practice across the board.
