400 cals/day is a serious cut. 2 weeks of that will definitely lose a few lbs.

That looks like 10 pounds tops, and most of that in water weight. If she's down to 400 cal/day I'm Pope Joan.

That's assuming she's actually eating at only 400 calories. It's quite common for fatties to WAY underestimate what they're eating, if they're not outright lying just to look good on paper.

Doesnt want to own a scale but is concerned about weight. It`s like a person who wants to save money but doesnt want to know how much money they have.
Fatsos fear reality like a MFer. They are sustained only by donuts and delusions.

If my scale says I am even a lb over 150 I make changes. I was camping for 10 days eating crap and drinking and I came back and it still said 150. That made me happy because I knew I was way more active and not as worried about my extra consumption.

It's called intuitive spending. You just intuitively buy anything you feel like buying with your credit card and never check your balance. It's the best way to achieve financial security! /s
[–] FUPA_Berzerker 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
I used to do that when I had the income to allow it. Just like people with an above-average active lifestyle can afford to do intuitive eating because they have 2500-3000 kcal TDEE so they're not going to overeat without going out of their way to do so.
But fatties gonna fat and do intuitive spending on welfare money and intuitive eating when their TDEE is their BMR

When I bought my paddle board on credit, it really brought balance to my life.
