I like how you just casually threw the sex dolls in there
humping is good exercise I guess
I would start with a huge arse house in the middle of a 400m (1/4 mile) running track. The ground floor would be my gym. It would have the bare essentials for someone with too much money: Power rack, barbells and plates, wide range of kettlebells, assorted pull-up and parallel bars, a few weight vests, couple of lifting platforms, wall and medicine balls, boxes and benches, sled to drag/push, a couple of large tyres and a few walls and other obstacles that I could quickly set-up.
Plus of course an ice bath and sauna
Now all I need is to win the lotto tonight.

A heavy bag made to practice grappling, a climbing wall, a salmon ladder

I'd buy the Joe Rogan kettle bells because they look dope.
I'd get the essentials like a combo bench/squat rack that holds weight on the side. Other weights.
Big rubber bands and resistance bands.
Some nice mats.
I'd get one of the playground swinging bar things for weird body weight fitness stuff.
A nice sized pool would be dope.
I'd want a full basketball court with good seating around it.
A big dirt hill to run up... And hey one of those parachutes to make me miserable doing it.
And I'll end it with an ice tub.

A moon base. Working above half a ton would be very motivating.

You're better off getting one on a planet larger than earth, to work with more gravity, trust me I saw it on DBZ

Unlimited?
Barbells
Power rack
Dumbells to 100# (not that I'll use 100# in each hand, but it looks good)
Pulldown machine
Leg press machine
Rowing machine.
2nd power rack set up for bench presses and standing presses.
About a zillion pounds of weight for the dozen or so barbells.
Total Gym (good for warm ups, plus, Chuck Norris likes them)--the industrial kind.
adjustable dumbells, in case I don't like the fixed ones.
A sauna.
benches. Lots of benches.
Back Hyperextension bench
Dipping machine.
Lots of curling bars.
A giant TV to play either motivational or training videos (no need for network stuff; youtube is fine).
Lots and lots of space. Lots.
Step up benches.
Neckstraps.
Wrist roller
Gripping balls (usually filled with small shot or some such)--small, medium, large.
Personal shower.
I dunno about the masseuse; my girlfriend is a former police officer. I might be killed.

It sounds like you would have the whole town at your place, lol, I like to keep things on the down low.

Of course I would. 'Twould be fun. Besides. I have a lot of the stuff I wanted already. Lots of weight (all adjustable), dumbells (not to 100#, but still...), bench, total gym. Just don't have / can't fit the power rack. I'm probably going to make one. Come on over...Problem is that it's all outside for now. We also have dogs.
