Islamaphobia??? What a loaded term! A phobia is an irrational fear. It implies that anyone opposed to Islam has an irrational fear as the basis for their views.
A strong case can be made that Islam is a backward philosophy and a scourge on humanity. Opposing it is not based on fear, it is based on rational logic.

Regarding your problem with Islamophobia: I've never seen a victim of Islamic inspired violence that had such an issue.

Yes, I agree that Voat and it's users have an anti-Islamic respect for the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
It's downright offensive!
Sharia punishment would cure that Islamophobia permanently!
Allahu-Akbar!

I am proud to hate Islam. No SJW is going to guilt trip me into respecting a pedophile genocidal maniac of a "prophet."

This guy is one of those permanent optimists who is responsible for pulling the wool over everyone's eyes, telling everyone that everything is going to be OK. That means he has a vested interest in leaving out any information that might cast doubt on the idea that things aren't as bad as they seem and will always get better. It's really sickening watching this guy talk, especially during his TED talk. People just eat his shit up, too. This is why we are never going to solve any of the monumental problems we are currently facing, because people look to guys like this to tell them why they shouldn't worry so that they can go on not caring and living their lives the way they want.

This video is idiotic. It tries to tell us that 250k people isn't a big deal, but it completely ignores the fact that ISIL which caused this whole mess only has about 100-200k people in Syria/Iraq.
Just look at Syria and what the 200k ISIL fighters did to it and then tell me if 250k people can't fuck up a country.
And no, that's not saying that all refugees are dangerous and belong to ISIL, but trying to argue that the numbers are harmless is utterly ignorant of just how few people are needed to bring a country to a complete collapse.

Several things.
This video dates back to 9 June 2015. The refugee situation has gotten dramatically worse since then.
The speaker of the video claims that only 250,000 Syrian refugees made it to the EU. However, that figure does not include Syrians living off the grid who have not applied for political asylum. Also, that number does not include the large numbers of refugees from places like Eritrea, Libya, Sudan, and Afghanistan
I have additional reason to question the speaker's numbers given that Germany alone estimates they're going to get 800,000 refugees this year.

also, this is the tip of the iceberg I feel. Most of the refugees are men who are sent as anchors, so that they can later on bring their families along through family reunification laws.
