Im with you in this, but also I have created a clusterfuck of feels around me with people I thought where emotionally stable and just wanted a fun sexy time, but at the end they were looking for so much more. Ugh I wish I had not done some thing . . . but it was fun.

This can be solid advice if you're reckless with who you fuck. But, like any other person, just don't fuck crazy. If it's clear that things are just a fling or you both are interested in a relationship then go for it.
If you seem to attract crazies and have a hard time telling the difference between a normal level-headed person and a nut job then you should probably stick to fucking people that you aren't forced to interact with daily.
Just my opinion though.

I still don't really understand how this kind of law is legal tbh - it seems a lot like a massive invasion of privacy by whatever corporation you work for. How can a company legally have so much influence over their employees' private lives?
