RC planes and copters, music recording/playing instruments, saltwater fish, old timey camping (think 1800's miner), target shooting, retro game collecting, gardening, homebrewing, yadda yadda yadda...
I'm an amateur astronomer, but considering that I study something that I hope will culminate in an astrophysics PhD, that might not be a hobby for much longer.
I play and watch video games, which I guess is kind of a hobby.
And lately I've been getting into cooking. I'm more in a phase where I read and watch about it, but I make some simple things and I'm getting the hang of it and starting to think critically instead of following recipes.

Anime and video games. Eventually I'd like to make my own dream game, maybe even make music for it.

First I pick something I don't know. Then I do it every day for months. Then I probably am still bad at it but now I know how to kinda do it. The ones that stick are very enjoyable: bass, IT stuff. Not drawing though , hah!

Interesting. I need to try this. I was teaching myself python coding for a little while but it didn't really stick. I need to come up with some new things to try out!
