Online FPS games. I usually have a KDR hovering around .5 to .6 depending on the game. To be fair, I play a lot of support roles that don't have a lot of killing. Stuff like dropping ammo, fixing tanks, throwing smokes, and shit like that.

Rhythm/Music Gaming. Every time I play Pop'n Music I either progress 1 song a year or at best 1 level very shakily.

Spanish! I've been trying to learn it for a decade now, and even have a genuine bilingual girlfriend and still have issues learning it. Probably the only thing I know is "yo tango hombre" and "come churro pues".
Handwriting. Mine's just awful. I've tried many things over the years, like only writing with typed letters, different kinds of cursive and cursive-ish ways of writing, etc. It's gotten slightly better over the years(more or less readable for most people now), but not much more than 2 years ago it was basically unreadable for anyone but myself(sometimes, even I couldn't read it). At one point during elementary school (6th grade, I think, at 11 years old), a physiotherapist tested me to see if something was wrong with my hands, but found nothing.
I think the reason why it is this bad has to do with how we learned to write. We had this book in first grade teaching us how to write all the letters, and I hated it. For my 6 year old brain, it was basically torture, my mom had to force me to do it, which I don't think helped, either.

Calligraphy!
I picked it up last year as a hobby and it's really relaxing for me. Problem is, I have an anxiety induced tremor that gets worse when I concentrate really hard or when I'm tired.
I'm good, but I'm not great. There are certain parts I'm slowly improving on, but I doubt I'll ever be as good as I want to be.
I've also always wanted to be able to sing, but I think that's more of a 'you have it or you don't' type thing.
