There are obvious differences from a business standpoint. Like data giants putting pressure on telecom companies so that people can't get off the comcast tit.
In any case, the headline is misleading, the company has spelled out its terms clearly, T-mobile is not going back on its word or anything, it appears that we are trying to vilify people for shit that they aren't culpable for, and I think that is bullshit.

Why did you reply in your previous post? It has nothing to do with the facts posted previously?
And I did answer your rhetorical questions. It matters to the businesses involved because they want users to still require their service. That is an answer. If you still do not see the obvious logic trail going on here, I'm not certain how to make it any more clear than that...
