Hell, I don't even know why people need that. $20 every 90 days on TracFone suits me just fine.

I've never heard of any of these! I live in the northern us, and I have sprints unlimited everything plan, but I am hesitant to swap carriers because I do road trip a few times a year.

Any advice?

I have an unlimited plan from sprint and I am at 31GB of data usage and only half-way through my month.

Cricket. Since being bought out by At&t they're awesome. Never had Sprint or Verizon service that worked at home. Was out of service more often then in. Now, I have lost service maybe a total of four times in six months. Almost always full lte. Love it. Cheap too.

I switched to Ting almost a year ago, which is Sprint's network, and I've been pretty happy with it. It works for me because on months the I don't use my phone a ton my bill will be under $25.

Edit: I also don't use tons of data. I wouldn't recommend if you use 20gigs a month.

Page Plus works fine for me. Unlimited text, unlimited minutes, and 1GB of data costs $39.95.

It's limited tethered. Like they state clearly in their terms.

Why should it matter if it's tethered or not? Data is data. Why does it matter which screen I use it on?

There are obvious differences from a business standpoint. Like data giants putting pressure on telecom companies so that people can't get off the comcast tit.

In any case, the headline is misleading, the company has spelled out its terms clearly, T-mobile is not going back on its word or anything, it appears that we are trying to vilify people for shit that they aren't culpable for, and I think that is bullshit.
