Exactly. If you want to be a successful politician you need two things: campaign money and support from your base. Campaign money comes from (mostly) the same corporations - so there is absolutely some cross-over between the parties. But that doesn't mean they can do whatever they like and get reelected. They have significantly different bases they still have to keep happy.

They are the same, in the sense that I view anyone who votes for either party is a traitor.

Fuck people who vote for the lesser of two evils. If you continue to vote R or D, you are the problem. It's pretty hard to blame the fat-cats when so many idiots just hand them god-like dominion over the people.

I'd take that power if it were handed to me, and so would anyone else. I wish the American people would stop blaming senile rich men for their problems, and actually take some fucking responsibility.
