Nah, I wouldn't say so. If anything, our sexual desires are discovered by us slowly developing it over the years. Watching slightly different porn, focusing more on the parts that appeal to us more, seeking more that better fits your desires.
I have no idea if such things come about from some 'incident' in our early childhood or whatever, but if it does, that's merely the seed. Over the years, a person can choose to pursue subconscious desires arising from that seed, or can come to grips with what happened with them in the past (assuming it can be identified), and actively move their life in a different direction of their choosing.
Much like with foods, any tastes can be trained. Do the same thing repeatedly and find a way to personally derive enjoyment from the activity, and eventually you will train your body to associate the personal enjoyment with the activity, and begin to like it more and more (assuming you enjoy the activity to begin with).
So I'd say there CAN be a link between abuse and desire, but depending on the person, that link can be severed and a new path in life taken.
This is all of course personal opinion, nothing to back any of this up, etc, etc. </disclaimer>
