I listen to primarily synthpop. Its kind of a blend of rock and house (my other favorite genres); moody/depressing lyrics with electronic loops and guitars. I like to branch of internationally, so I'm listening to UK, German, Dutch, and Swedish synthpop.
I also listen to a lot of hip hop. I'm into the mixtape culture, mostly because its free, but also because I like listening to experimental tracks. It satisfies me to know that an artist is creating music not because it'll sell like hot-cakes, but instead to take rap in a new direction.
Violin sonatas and partitas are also a thing I'm into. I'm currently limited only to Bach and Tartini, but I'm trying to find more artists who can please me with the whine of the violin.

Lots and lots of different things. If I'd have to make an arbitrary top ten list that is valid only for today, it would probably look like this:
10 Graham Central Station
9 The Joy Formidable
8 Queens of the Stone Age
7 Major Parkinson
6 Why?
5 Tool
4 Sigur Rós
3 The Smashing Pumpkins
2 The Beatles
1 Cardiacs
