It looks so disgusting. I can't imagine it would be palatable.

Can I please un-read the term "salad sandwich" please?

I got really sick about a decade ago and was put on a 10k calorie a day diet to compensate for the issues I was having. Hitting 10k calories is fucking hard (especially when you were puking as much as I was) so I was eating trash like this but I still lost 50lbs over the course of a year.
I have never been able to eat shitty foods since then... I don't know how anyone could willingly eat this type of pure shit.

So she says she wants to eat healthy and actually gets a plate of fresh veggies, but then smothers them in mayonnaise and cheese.
My head hurts.

Ugh. I hate it when fatties choose a "diet". Even without the mayo, a salad sandwich? Really? Wheres the proteins?? Wheres the Legumes? Wheres the Avocado? Why 2 slices of processed to hell added sugar white bread? Why not a wheat or spinach wrap?
Apparently it has decided to cut out meat (except egg whites in the mayo, and what may or may not be a single slice of turkey in the photo) and smother everything in calorie-high cheese and mayo. Bet it even had a diet coke...

I can't imagine what it's like to have a goal to lose 100 lbs. When I set a goal it's like "gain 5 lbs of muscle" or "put some more definition on my abs", "add 20 lbs to my deadlift by the end of the month."

And my goal is never simply "to be alive next year", like what the fuck

Right? What the fuck kind of sad shit is that? My goal is to still be mobile and active into my 80's
