haha yes! i actually really enjoy going out to restaurants with my husband (especially when in a new town) ... since the town we live in is pretty shitty restaurant wise, it's easy to do a lot of clean eating at home. so when we are out, i do sort of go a little nuts. like this past weekend husband and i were in boston. on sunday, we ate 3 restaurant meals, usually with an appetizer, had dessert, and got drunk. probably took in like 3000 calories. however...we also walked like 9 miles that day and split our portions (i genuinely do not understand how people eat most restaurant portions in one sitting). i've definitely spied some tubbos eyeing me with jealousy. you can practically hear them wondering how a slim girl with a hot husband is able to eat whatever she wants. the trick is to not do it ALL THE TIME ... and umm, maybe stop eating BEFORE youre stuffed beyond belief?

My favorite is hamily members who make comments aboit my diet. Like, they clearly have 100+ pounds to lose, but when I decide to go hog wild around them make comments like 'you're going to get fat eating like that!/You're going to ruin your diet!'
When, bitch please, I've eaten mostly clean for months and this is a brewery with amazing food and beer. One meal of huge calories isn't going to do shit.
Oh but wait this is the one time this month they are ordering a salad and not a huge burger with a pile of fries and 5 sodas. Clearly they then can lecture me on food choices.

Nobody cares about an ounce of fat, it's necessary to have an appropriate storage of energy for every creature. 4-18% of body fat percentage are actual in the range of a normal and acceptable weight. But fatties have 30% or more body fat percentage, that's often more than one THOUSAND ounces.

Do you know if the 4-18% is general for both genders? I could agree that a male with under 5% body fat could still be perfectly healthy, but you'd have a hard time convincing me that the same is true for a woman. If I'm wrong, I will admit my fault, but that seems like a severely anorexic bmi, coming from someone who was diagnosed as anorexic at 10%.

Yes, you are right, the range of a normal body fat percentage varies for age and genders. I just knew the numbers for (younger) men because these matter for me. So for these 3-5% body fat are absolutely essential, and even that's way more than an ounce, that's what I wanted to say.

I'm not the person you asked, but no, it does not. Women need more fat than men. Essential levels alone (below which your body cannot function and you die) are 10-12% for a woman. Here's a visual aid.

"Why is loving to drink and alcohol and "getting drunk" only acceptable when you do it two Saturdays a month and always have a designated driver? Like I'm so sick of girls being able to talk about how they love jello-shots and partying and shit but if you have a pair of DUIs and a series of ruined relationships and can't hold down a job and get blackout drunk every chance you get, you're fucking shamed to death for drinking anything..."

Wow, you are a genius. That's the best analogy ever created to explain anything ever. Well done.
