After two hours of this sitting in the back of my mind, I finally figured it out.

He said "can I take ya home?"

"Ya" can be interpreted to mean either "you" or "your", depending on context.

Where do you see that? I see "if I could take her home" on that image. I thought maybe you posted that and then someone corrected the image after but the modification date on the image is August 25, 2015 3:20:08 PM which looks to be about 3 hours older than your post.

The joke is a play on the phrase "I asked a girl if I could take her home". If you think about it, it means he had to ask her "Can I take your home?"

So no, it's not explicitly in there, it's an implied part of the conversation.
