Betrayal At House On The Hill. You explore a randomly-organized haunted house (you flip cards for the rooms) and take part in random events for items. After a while, the game changes and you have to do one of 50 different scenarios, all of which are brought about by different circumstances. It's awesome because it's different every time.

New to board games, but so far Dead of Winter. It's a ton of fun, the games are different each time and it's really flexible (in difficulty, game length, number of players, etc.). It's cooperative with a betrayal aspect, so it's fun and tense at the same time.
