Yup, blame the Reddit immigrants.

I've got most of the racist and fat coats blocked, so I don't see it, but strongly believe they should have as much right to speak as anyone. I'm anti feminist anti SJW and I am perfectly happy with anyone who dislikes SJW topics not sharing that with me. I feel like this is the only place I can come to express it and read about it without banning and mass downvoating. Not that it goes unchallenged, but VOAT has given me a voice. SJW can fuck off back to reddit. I do not want to engage with them, because I've learned they do not usually engage reasonably, and they have the rest of the Internet.

I can't recommend this site to my friends.
What did I read somewhere "a hive of scum and villainy" sounds about right.
No judgement, obviously I'm here..many a mod over on the old site saw fit to make me unwelcome.
But the SJW circle jerk is pretty funny, for my part I perceived most of reddit to be center right, never participated in SRS, couldn't understand the language. Their trolling of white guys in attempt to engender empathy towards minorities, by making them legitimately feel persecuted, ostracized, censored and unwelcome seems to have succeeded in the persecuting part, not so much the empahty. Judging by the push back that's represented by /v/all

There are valid points, but they seem to forget voat is still rather small. There will be a dominant mindset among much of the content. But they also act like reddit is place to have valuable debates. Downvote brigading happens all across reddit, just for having different opinions. Just as voat has a general political stance, so does reddit. This is a problem that I do not see being solved anywhere on the internet. There will be a collective mindset for each subvers/subreddit.

Ironically that thread is a good example of why I don't use Reddit anymore.

the betas in SRD are lapping it up: https://www.reddit.com/r/SubredditDrama/comments/3i4yxl/is_voat_worse_than_reddit_now_or_is_it_still/ - it's not NP, however i don't encourage you to brigade because of rule 4 though.
